Katrina is the glaring truth, that we must take care of ourselves, state and local cities must care for there own needs and security, the federal government has not the ability to do most of what they contend to do.

one of dollar stores, payday loan and car title loan sharks, storage sheds to lose your belongings slowely, eviction and forecloser courts @ all time high of cases, bankruptcy lawyers, credit repair companies, depression and anxieity drugs consummed by men, woman and children, alcohol and illicite drug consumption at epidimic levels, and the most numerious jobs are growing only in the service industry with weak wages, but oh... higher wages can be earned in security, law enforcement, legalism and law, maybe evn the jail, in Dallas they are hiring at 14.00 per hour.

Americans can organize and create pain for those in business and government that pave way for these eventualities and realities on the street.
